Our Founder
John Humphries
Originally from Southwest Virginia and a graduate of Virginia Military Institute, John’s career has always been building-focused. After working with a large, national builder for several years, he decided to take the reins and has worked for himself ever since. From historic renovations to urban infill builds to custom homes, John has experience in nearly every aspect of home construction.
As the father of a young family with three kids, he understands the needs of modern homeowners and is committed to helping them create homes that work for their lifestyle now and into the future. When he’s not behind a hammer, John is spending time with his family, duck hunting or paddling the James.
