1) PLANs
Select your home plan and elevation from our customizable in-house designs then meet with your project manager to discuss timeline and budget.
2) LOCATION
Once a lot has been selected, we will begin clearing and walking the lot with you to discuss positioning so everything is exactly how you imagined it would be.
3) SELECTIONS
A professional designer will guide you through custom finish selections with the latest materials and finishes available at premier local vendors.
4) BUILD
Once all the pieces are in place, we begin the building process and will keep you in the loop with progress and deadlines.

We’ll start with one of our tried and true house plans, customizing wherever is needed. We don’t limit your customizations or finishes like large, national builders, so you get the home that’s truly a reflection of you.
Fully-Custom
Want something completely unique? Have your own lot? We can help you create or finalize fully custom house plans that can be built to suit anywhere in the Richmond metro area. We can also assist with lot acquisition.
