For urban infill projects, not being able to tell that a house is brand new is the ultimate compliment. We chose the classic foursquare design to blend in with the fabric of this established Richmond neighborhood.
Interior elements feel fresh and modern, but are also timeless, classic and not unlike finishes that would have been chosen in the home’s original design era. Clean, white subway tile, light cabinets paired with dark countertops and schoolhouse style lighting brings it all together.
